How To Access Diablo 4 Abattoir of Zir

This guide explains everything you need to do to unlock and access the Abattoir of Zir in Diablo 4 Season of Blood, including the requirements and location, step-by-step to leave nothing out of the equation.

All Steps To Unlock Abattoir of Zir in Diablo 4

Abattoir of Zir is the greatest challenge for max-level players in Diablo 4. In fact, it is supposed to be nearly impossible to complete. Once the Abattoir of Zir release time and date rolls around, those who qualify can unlock it and start grinding in the Dark Master's domain.

We are just going to cut to the chase right now. There's a huge requirement to even start the process of unlocking the Abattoir of Zir. The requirement is that you need to complete the Season Journey, including 7 of the 9 daunting Chapter 7 objectives listed below.

• Exterminator: Defeat Duriel in IV Torment, summoned in Kehjistan with materials from Grigoire and the Echo of Varshan (2).
• Labor of Love: Purify Seeds of Hatred in Hostile areas (22,222).
• Lootmaster: Open multiple Tortured Gifts during a single Helltide in IV Torment (10).
• Titanomachy: Defeat World Bosses (12).
• Avatar of Sanctuary’s Might: Equip at least 8 Ancestral Unique items simultaneously.
• Incarnate of Nightmares: Complete a Tier 90 or higher Nightmare Dungeon.
• Glyphmaster: Improve Paragon Glyphs to Rank 21 by completing Nightmare Dungeons (5).
• A Bloodied Head, High: Reach Reputation level 18 in the Blood Harvest, available after completing or skipping the Campaign.
• Blessed Mother Departed - Defeat the Echo of Lilith in IV Torment, remembered in Nevesk after reaching level 90.

You do, of course, need to be max level (100) to even attempt many of these objectives. Once the Season Journey is complete, players will automatically unlock the ability to craft Bloodforged Sigils at the Occultist.

Head to your nearest town that has an Occultist (I always just go to Kyovashad as it is easy to navigate). Craft a Bloodforged Sigil for 800 Sigil Powder and some gold. If you don't have enough, farm some Nightmare Sigils and turn them into dust.

Use the Tier 1 Bloodforged Sigil. From here, a red portal will open in the city of Ked Bardu (Dry Steppes), where you can enter the Abattoir of Zir.
